I’ve been coming to this Ozark location for about a year! Every Single time I come in the ladies are soo kind, helpful, and hard working. I will say Bailey in particular always goes above and beyond. She is always peppy, hardworking, and truly seems to be compassionate about working here. I run my own business and it is rare to see such good work ethic that I have seen in Bailey W. I really hope she gets rewarded and told how amazing she is because her customer service is the main reason I continue to come back every day! This location is the best in my opinion for sure!!(:

I had such an amazing experience at Sun Tan City thanks to Bailey and her manager Ayla! Bailey is an incredible young lady—so friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk in. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that you feel comfortable and valued. I’ve witnessed how they handle difficult and even rude customers, and no one deserves to be treated poorly—especially people who are simply doing their jobs and treating others with kindness and respect. Despite that, Bailey and Ayla remain calm, professional, and compassionate. That says so much about their character.
